HR Transformation is part of the service line Operations Transformation, which is one of the 6 main service lines (People & Organisation, Customer Engagement, Insights & Data, Strategy & Innovation, Future Technology, Operations Transformation) in which Capgemini Invent is organised. Together with the respective Market Units the service lines develop & deliver aspiring solutions for true business issues. This all being said, the true force of the organisation is its open system. The current team of 25 consultants have organised their expertise around the big HR-process issues such as HR 4.0 and Cloud HR, covering global trends such as Global Workforce, Digital Processes and Sustainability. The current team is newly formed but has a long pedigree of success. Driven by their love for HR and a focus on execution, they are strong team players, appreciated by their clients. Their strong knowledge of both processes and the (IT-) solutions have proven to be valuable and profitable for clients and Capgemini. Especially the expertise in SuccessFactors is worth mentioning. Thanks to the ecosystem Capgemini colleagues in IT services and Outsourcing, HR Transformation has the strong capability to deliver truly on promise.
The HR Transformation Lead will have the goal to further innovate the team’s services and skills. To broaden the skillset and service offerings to fully support crucial HR transformations in the new age. Set the vision, inspire the team an execute in short.
The HR Transformation Lead is accountable for the acquisition, the delivery and the business results of impactful transformation projects. From the first HR-strategy assessments up to the delivery of working processes, people and systems the Lead has the accountability. She/he is sparring partner and trusted partner of her clients and does not hesitate to make difficult decisions. She assures a challenging and inspiring environment for the consultants, where learning and performing go hand in hand. Based on shared vision she/he will be able to innovate the business and grow the team and provide personal success.
The HR Transformation Lead is part of the leadership team of Operations Transformation and contributes to the vision and strategy of the service line and Capgemini Invent in general.
The ideal person knows how to operate in complex organisations. She/he has a strong personality and has developed a solid reputation as a people and business leader. She/he is trusted by her consultants and clients alike. This trust is based on both the solid knowledge in HR and strong personal values. Working as a team, she/he builds the business through spearheading the team in relational and commercial activities and overseeing crucial projects. Strong coaching skills help her manage and develop the team. It goes without saying that she/he has the organisational skills to manage and prioritize the business processes.
The Lead has:
- a university degree in a gamma or beta discipline.
- over 8 years of work-experience, of which a significant part within a consultancy-firm or an internal consulting department.
- delivered multiple process improvement engagements in HR -or comparable area- with a digital component.
- initiated and led commercial proposals.
- is socially active in the marketplace and knows how to develop and grow business relationships.
- English language skills are on a good business speaking and writing level.
